Nuevas pinturas metalizadas con base agua de Vallejo / Vallejo new waterbased metal paints

Durante el fin de semana del 10 y 11 de Abril de 2015 tuvo lugar una demostración en el concurso de Torrent de la nueva gama de pinturas acrílicas con base de agua metalizadas de la firma Vallejo. La demostración estuvo a cargo de un gran modelista de aviones, Antonio Morant, quien realizó una serie de pruebas con las nuevas pinturas delante de los espectadores mientras que contestaba a sus preguntas.

The weekend of the 10th and 11th of April a we were able to see a demonstration of the new Vallejo metallized waterbased paints in charge of the famous planes modeller Antonio Morant beneath the many activities programmed in the Torrent contest. Antonio made some tests with the new paints while he answered the questions of the assistants.

Antonio aplicó las nuevas pinturas metalizadas de Vallejo sobre diferentes kits con el aerógrafo para mostrar sus cualidades.
 Antonio applied the new metallized Vallejo paints on different kits with his airbrush to show their qualities.

A la vez que aplicaba las pinturas contestaba a las preguntas de tipo técnico que le efectuaban los asistentes.
 While he painted some plastic parts he answered the technique questions of the public.

En la demostración también pudimos ver al señor Alejandro Vallejo informando sobre las características técnicas de la nueva fórmula de pinturas metalizadas con base acuosa de su firma.
 Mr. Alejandro Vallejo himself was at the demonstration informing about the features of the new paints waterbased formula of his brand.

Antonio dispuso de todos los elementos que cada modelista suele tener en su lugar de trabajo, maquetas, aerógrafo, pinceles, y por supuesto las pinturas.
 Antonio made tests with all the elements that every modeller has at his work station, models, airbrush, brushes and paints.

 The new formula paints cover the surface of any plastic model with just one pass

Las pinturas están hechas para ser utilizadas sin necesidad de añadirles diluyente y fluyen perfectamente en el aerógrafo.
The paints are designed to be used without the adding of any thinner and they run soflty in the airbrush.

 El ala de un avión sirvió de test para observar los diferentes tonos de metal de las pinturas, al acabado es el deseado, sin ningún tipo de huellas ni rastros, una película perfectamente homogénea.
 The wing of a plane served as a test base to observe the different metal tones of the paints, the finish is the one desired, perfeclty homogeneous, without any kind of trace or stain.

La cobertura de la pintura es tan fuerte que no se puede levantar con la cinta de enmascarar y además es resistente a cualquier proceso posterior de envejecimiento con otro tipo de pinturas y disolventes.
 The paint covering is so strong that resists the masking tape and any posterior use of other kind of paints and thinners for weathering.

Aunque la nueva gama de pintura metalizadas Vallejo aún no está disponible esperamos que no tarde mucho en verse en las tiendas.
 Although the new collection of Vallejo metal paints is not available yet, we expect to see them at the hobby stores soon.
